 Logos & Links
Artifex Digital Design ("Artifex Design") encourages links to
its internet sites. Any link
to Artifex Design's internet sites from a different site must conform to the
following rules:
- Unless Artifex Design provides you with prior authorization in writing,
any link to Artifex Design's internet sites must use one of the logos
(displayed below) which are protected by trademark law.

- Subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein, Artifex Design grants
you a limited license to use these logos, but does not transfer title
in these logos to you. The logos may only be used as an active link to
the related Artifex Design's internet site. (Right-click on the appropriate
logo and save it to your directory)
- Any link to Artifex Design's internet sites must only be to the site's home
page, namely: www.artifexdesign.ca
or simply artifexdesign.ca.
No "deep linking" to other pages on Artifex Design's
internet
sites is permitted without Artifex Design's prior written consent.
- You may not use the above logos to imply that Artifex Design has sponsored
or endorsed your web site without receiving the prior
written permission of Artifex Design.
- No Artifex Design logos or trademarks may be altered logos in any way,
including proportions.
- You may not use the logos on any site which disparages Artifex
Design or
its products or services in any way.
- The logos may only be used on web pages which make
accurate references to Artifex Design or its products and/or services.
- Artifex Design may, in its sole discretion, terminate your right to use
these logos at any time and for any reason. Artifex Design may take action
against any use of the logos that does not conform to these policies
or that infringes any right held by Artifex Design and will actively seek
the recovery of any costs it may incur preventing any such misuse or
damages that may result from such misuse.
Links
Artifex Design may provide hyperlinks or pointers to other web sites maintained
by third parties. The links to any such third party web sites are provided
for your convenience and information only. The content in any linked
website is not under our control and if you decide to access any such
website, you do so entirely at your own risk. The fact that we provide a
link to a third party website does not mean that we endorse, authorize or
sponsor any such site or that we are affiliated with such third party.
Under no circumstances shall Artifex Design be liable to any person for any
direct, special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages,
loss of profits or revenues or costs of replacement goods resulting from
use of or reliance on the information presented in or through this
website, even if informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
